I am a licensed clinical social worker in New York State, specializing in individual and family therapy. After receiving my BS in Anthropology at University of Rochester, I received my graduate degree in Social Work at Columbia University, where I participated in a specialized trauma focused program.

Throughout my career, I have worked in several settings including: schools, outpatient mental health clinics, shelters, and private practice. These experiences provided me the opportunity to work with diverse populations and individuals of all ages. As a result, I have found that it is helpful to utilize a variety of treatment modalities, as I believe a holistic approach is the best way to meet the individual needs of every client that enters my office.

I work to achieve a warm and productive client relationship. My therapeutic approach is non-judgmental, client centered and strength based. I will help to facilitate personal growth by providing empathy, support and feedback to empower you and help set and achieve realistic goals. I work with individuals struggling with life transitions, trauma, depression, anxiety and relationship issues.
